By downloading or using Hyland Helper ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Hyland Helper is a companion app for the video game Schedule 1. It provides gameplay advice, mixing calculations, recipe search, layout planning, market information, progression tracking, community sharing, and related tools. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by the developer of Schedule 1.
The App offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions, which may include feature unlocks, expanded limits, or premium Advisor access.
Payment is charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device and platform. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Hyland Helper is free to download. Free features and limits may vary by platform and app version and are shown in the app.
Premium subscribers receive unlimited Advisor questions subject to fair use. Excessive automated usage may be subject to limitations.
All content within Hyland Helper, including but not limited to text, graphics, and code, is the property of MadJag Studios. Schedule 1 game content referenced in the App belongs to its respective owner.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Game information may become outdated as the game receives updates. MadJag Studios is not responsible for decisions made based on App content.
MadJag Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
